Very professional and friendly service, easy booking system via website and lots of appointment options, including weekends. Would happily use Simon again when required.

Excellent service. Very prompt reply, unlike other companies I contacted. This is actually very important. Polite, helpful and efficient. All you could ask for. Received the report the same day it was done. Would definitely recommend.

Simon is clearly an expert and experienced surveyor. He worked through the quite lengthy process systematically and with minimum fuss. He was thorough and ingenious in finding a way to estimate the wall cavity insulation. He returned with a link to the final report later in the day. All in all an excellent service. Thanks

Simon was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable - he made the whole process easy and understandable. Great flexibility and availability, answering all of my queries promptly.

Very prompt and courteous, booked online Friday and carried out the survey Monday am and registered the results the same day. Very happy to recommend

This was our first EPC rating, Simon walked us through the process and was polite kind and very professional, making the whole process smooth running and easy.

Hello. Simon made it easy. Booking via web (securing the slot) was helpful. Good phone call too as i was new to EPC process. Thank you.

This was my first ever EPC assessment and Simon answered all my questions and carried out the assessment in a most unintrusive manner with good humour. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Simon.

Brilliant service and real attention to detail to verify what is what and ensure results were totally accurate. Simon made that extra effort and to me that is valuable can recommend him

I've now used Simon on two occasions and both times he has been excellent. My time is precious that is why I turned to Simon to do another EPC for me. Simon was prompt and efficient and didn't let me down. I'll be using Simon again. Highly recommended.
